Imagine a situation where you just wake up in the morning, jump out of your bed, had your breakfast, go to work, and the first thing your boss tells you “I’m sorry, you’re fired”. That one sentence has the power to ruin your entire day or maybe your entire month. Well, that’s what we usually define as the power of positive affirmations when it is entirely credible. Affirmations, positive or negative have the power to ruin your day, make your day, boost your confidence, or it can even ruin your entire life.

Trust me you can destroy a girl’s life by saying she is not pretty enough or a boy’s life by saying he is stupid. Now you must be wondering that you just said that single statement as per your perception just once, and how it can destroy someone’s entire life.



But the fact is that your affirmation will be beating the girl’s head over and over again growing in intensity and force until it takes root, and then it will rule her life whether the girl is consciously aware or not.

However, the good part about affirmations is that they can build and improve someone’s life as well, you can build self-confidence, you can create a winner state of mind, you can shift and train your brain to drive you in the right direction that takes you to the successful life. You can force your mind to drive you some genuine happiness.

An affirmation is a positive statement that you make to yourself or others. As per your current most desired wish, need, or wants of life at the present moment.

Everyone in this world uses them intentionally or unintentionally, so, it’s always a smart idea to use them intentionally in your favor. Our self-talk, the things we say to our self, is very vital because it directly affects our conscious and subconscious minds.

Because our affirmations work so well to maintain the state of mind we are presently in, we can use them to change our state of mind. The use of affirmations positively can become a strong, useful tool for helping yourself become happier and healthier.

How to use them?

The right way to use them properly is to have a clear idea about what you want in life, what is your deepest desire or need, and then summarize it into a sentence in PRESENT TIME.

Some people do it mentally, but I highly and personally recommend you to write it down on a piece of paper and place it in a place where you can see it often.

Note- Use affirmations for deep sleep hypnosis for about 30 minutes every day before sleeping.
