Spread the love:

If you’ve ever taken mindfulness or a yoga class, or if you have had an energy healing session like Zen or reiki, or just watched an online tutorial or session on mindfulness practices, then you must have heard about the chakra meditation and the role they play in the flow of energy within one’s body.

You may have also understood or learned that it’s vital for one to keep their chakras open, or unblocked to get the best outcomes in life. But have you ever wondered: what exactly are chakras and how do they affect one’s physical and emotional well-being?

In this article, we’ll take a closer look at our seven chakras. We’ll also explain the impacts of these energy centers that they have on one’s mind and body, plus how to keep them “open/unblocked” to promote one’s physical, mental, and emotional well-being.

So, to start with the Chakra meditation, go to a calm, and quiet place. Then accordingly, sit for a few minutes in silence, while breathing deeply in and out. Let yourself feel the tension floating out of your body, and start to notice the range of sensations you feel.
