~~Guided 5-Min Meditation~~

Step #1: Find a quiet place where you won’t be disturbed. (For 1 Minute)

You can use guided meditation to calm your mind before bedtime. This will help you fall asleep faster and stay asleep longer. If you find yourself waking up during the night, try listening to a guided meditation instead of turning on the light.

Step #2: Sit comfortably with your back straight. (For 1 Minute)

Now imagine you are standing in front of a mirror. Imagine that you are looking into the mirror and seeing your reflection. Notice what you see in the reflection. What do you notice about your face? Do you feel any tension in your body? How does your breathing feel?

Step #3: Close your eyes and take three deep breaths. (For 1 Minute)

Take another deep breath and let go of everything else. Focus only on the sounds coming from the room. Listen to the air moving through your nose and mouth. Feel the vibrations as they pass through your head. Let them fill your ears.

Step #4: Focus on your breathing as it enters through your nose and exits out your mouth. (For 1 Minute)

As you inhale, imagine the air entering your body through your nostrils. Imagine it filling up your lungs and expanding into your chest. As you exhale, feel the air leaving your body through your mouth. Imagine it flowing out of your body and down the ground.

Step #5: Imagine yourself floating above your body. (For 1 Minute)

Now, as you breathe in, imagine the air entering through your nose and filling up your lungs. Feel the air expand into your chest. As it leaves your body, feel it flow out of your body and into the ground below you.
