The practice of mindfulness and meditation has been linked to one's true happiness, overall health physical and emotional, and psychological and mental well-being. Many of us don't even know what mindfulness is exactly and how exactly it helps us to live more mindfully, let alone how to cultivate it.
The quiz below draws on a mindfulness scale developed by researchers at La Salle University and Drexel University, led by psychology professor Lee Ann Cardaciotto. So know and understand how mindful you are, please answer as honestly as possible about how frequently you experienced each of the following statements over the past few weeks.
